Yeah those PC10000 corsair sticks were regularly hitting 600 - 620 MHz CAS4, but despite that some still couldn't hit 650 - 660 MHz CAS5 bench stable.

Nothing exceptional to see here except some rather nice performance efficiency but I like the sticks so much I don't dare to push them yet so here's my 2 plausible 24/7 configs at 2.15v (never tried going lower). I managed to get a short circuit so a fuse in my student appartment went off killing one of my precious CellShock DDR2-1000 4-4-4-12 sticks. I applied for RMA and got a new kit and this new one is at least as good as the old.

    DDR2-1000 4-4-4-8 PL7 2.15v 500x8 1:1

    DDR2-1200 5-5-4-10 PL8 2.15v 500x8 5:6

Don't seem to have any MemTest screen of DDR2-1200 config saved but I found this of the DDR2-1000 config:

I prefer using the first config. P35 & Micron D9GKX ftw!

why is your TRRD setting loose?
you should be able to do 1200cl5 @ 1.9Xv with trrd 5 mate

Cuz I get best performance & stability at 5-8-5 (trrd/trd-wr/trtp), I've run the everest benchmark like 20 - 30 times switching between 3-8-3 for example but I get same or slightly better performance at 5-8-5.

I've spent lots of time getting those scores I'm getting at those configs that I can assure you of, I've tried all timings one by one to find the best settings.

trfc I could prolly lower still to like 22-23 but 25 is such a good number already at these speeds it satisfies me like this. Also tref could possibly also use 4041T setting but yea I'm fine like this really for 24/7. :p

I doubt it's easy to get better results than that at 4.0GHz, especially the DDR2-1000 config and with less than 2.15v for the RAM. 1) It needs a P35 board (for PL7 at 500 fsb) and 2) Good D9GKX or some of the best D9GMH sticks.

There are prolly some more efficient boards out there than my P35 DS4 tho, especially the latency at DDR2-1200 5-5-4-10 is rather high at 50.9ns (I'd expect some boards to do around 49ns at same settings) but DDR2-1000 4-4-4-8 48.9ns then again is acceptable thx to PL7.

Yeah, I pulled mine back out, still can do 600MHz C4 with 2.45V but won't do 650 C5 for anything
