I have run close to 500 different memory combinations on this BIOS without a problem so far but there is always a combination that will not work.

I would shutdown, pull two sticks, do a long CMOS clear, startup, setup your memory at the 1600 settings, reboot, shutdown, add the two other sticks and try it again. I am assuming you have 1600 capable memory and you have already tested each module individually at 1600 to ensure they are good.
