So in essence you have a peak 500 watt PSU with continuous capabilities of 396W continuos and delivers max 17A to one the 12v rails since it's a split rail .........a card that consumes 200w loaded, not sure of the amps it pulls but I know its not extremely low.....you also are using a CPU with a TDP of 125 watts......so thats 325w ballpark not incuding what the board consumes, your hard drives....fans, cd rom......and whatever else your running....
You see where i'm going with this?....this is a PSU suited to power this system under stock speeds...
