On one hand, the anemic die size is a bit disapointing. On the other hand, you want as small a die as possible given TMSC's 40nm bugs. I just hope that there is a larger die in the wings (would make sense given that ATIs changing the way they do codenames), or that they've come up with some new multiGPU tech that allows them to harness multi-chip cards more efficiently. Radeon 5870X3 anyone?
