No need to waste LN2 tune, tune your ram on phase......
Once the ram is 100% stable lets say 32m stable it will pass all benches.......
A side effect is the cpu will clock higher and the NB will as well requiring less volts to get there.......
Flanker.......I'm guessing people were going by my use of the ddr II board in my review.......but what they don't realize is that was what was on the bench at the time.......
I did not have time to actually use the ddr 3 board again for 955 air results which sort of bothered me......alot of time was spent on those results and If I had had the time I would rather have done them on the ddr III board with the retail bios versus the ddr II and a beta.....
I only used a beta for the air results on ddr II because no bios retail worked properly with the 955's.........I will refrain from using beta's in future reviews but at the time I was pressed for time so I had no choice....
If the ddr II was better you should ask yourself this however......Why am I using the ddr III to crack Wr's
I will say this however......the ddr II has a few better implementations than the ddr III board.......SB is not linked to Htt on the ddr II board.......and the voltage increments for ram are fine adjustments......From what I have been told they can not change this on the ddr III board........hopefully they will implement these changes on future ddr III boards......

I've got no strings to hold me down.
To make me fret, or make me frown.
I had strings but now I'm free.
There are no strings on me
