vDIMM also droops heavily on my board as well. i have to set 0.05v above what i want it to be at under load.
I almost wished it wasn't, because I'm running consistently 10C hotter idle and load and was sure it was because of VTT overshoot.

Thanks for the headsup on the vdimm droop, definitely a clutch thing to know.
