Great build, I really appreciate this small builds, and the cooler getting air directly from the outside is perfect!

    Smallest pc on XS eh?
I bet theres a lot smaller ones based pico-, nano-itx and some smaller. Smallest possible would be around 8x8-9x9cm based to 3x3" beagleboard which have omap3530 arm cpu but still capable for running kernel modified ubuntu linux and other distros too.
I have one little smaller one dimensions: 189mm x 189mm x 65 mm, little wider than yours but smaller in cubic cms

I've heard of two blokes argueing 'mines bigger than yours,' but never 'mines smaller than yours,' before

Thats some really nice work there though Duniek.

And those are pretty sweet systems you linked to as well s0lid. I had seen the top one before but the bottom one is awesome.

    Thats cool.

My favourite nano itx mod that I ever saw was someone put one inside of a Millenium Falcon action figure.

They put LED's in the pits and everything it looked amazing I just can't harness the power of google right now to find it.

This maybe a stupid question but is the stock GPU heatsink going back on there? These boards are great for a lot of uses. Awesome cases too btw!

Did somebody say slim mini-itx case

    http://www.intel.com/products/deskto...T-overview.htm

At highest point that mobo is only 20mm thick, so if used material is 2mm aluminium, total case thicness would be only around 25-26mm and only around 176x176-8mm long/wide

i have different idea but i think its possible

get pcie ribbon and get a 4770 (only takes 50 watts) lay it flat and then on the zotac 9300 just get q6600 + 8gb/4gb ram in 2 dimms
then a the new 150watt pico psu (2 of them 1 for gpu and 1 for the cpu)
then a slim drive and a 2.5 convential drive on top of the motherboard then simply get the dimmensions and create your own case
the only bad factor is that it will be rather long and maybe a little taller (due to the slim drive)

q66 + gf7300 not work good with FSP 270W PSU
(q66/g31/2gb/2,5" hdd takes on load 130W
    on150W psu(8A 12V) not possible

but for itx quad? e7200/e8200 is enough a hell lot for that board + maybe 96/9800gt eco :O

Where did you get these standoffs? They seem to be much longer than regular ones you get with cases.
