Both are DDR3-1600Mhz speed with the OCZ's timing of 7-7-7-24 (1.65V) and Corsair's timing of 9-9-9-24 (1.65V). On both kits, I can POST and run fine at 21x200. As soon as I up the bclk to 205, the OCZ can POST, but can't load the OS. The Corsair can that just fine. I've tried (on the OCZ) both manual timing and auto timing, no luck, the PC crashes every single time. The Corsair works just fine.

bump up your vdimm to 1.66 and up the vtt as well.
