. As soon as I up the bclk to 205, the OCZ can POST, but can't load the OS. The Corsair can that just fine. I've tried (on the OCZ) both manual timing and auto timing, no luck, the PC crashes every single time. The Corsair works just fine.
What are your mem frequency/uncore/QPI multiplier?
