On the guidance I got there were Intel MSI mobo and nvidia MSI VGA

The guidelines sent to me only apply to those countries Marco is in charge of. France has a differetnt PR office and those guys (and gals) decided to stick to the rules Taiwan has made.

We will be there representing Turkey

We'll be doing our best as in AOOC 2008 HongKong, and we hope that we won't be unlucky again..

Can I ask your attantion please!
I have made incorrect statement that Russian Overclockers team will use the situation in order to get their tickets to European final without any competition. I was confused with the chief editor’s of Overclockers.ru behavior. But Russian Overclockers team themselves doesn’t want to participate in this competition in such unfair way and asks not to associate them with this site. They are independent team which just visit Overclockers.ru forum as any other users. They owe them nothing because Overclockers.ru doesn’t support them as an overclocking team.
So I am very sorry about my words and warmly beg their pardon for that!

Would you be so kind to share with us with the names of these lucky sellers and buyers? We all will be happy to know these "heroes". Otherwise it is flood. At least flood.
Really, I cant understand, how it be possible, if someone will get better results in the competition but will not win?

    http://msi.overclockers.ru/rules.html

    most interesting is 7-th rule

    7. Изменение положений конкурса

Администрация конкурса оставляет за собой право вносить изменения в данные правила без уведомления участников.
    translation
    7. Change of positions of competition

The competition administration reserves the right to itself to make changes to the given rules without notice participants.

    Poland has the same rule.
Also, the rules do not state that a person/team with best score wins. They say MSI will select winners based on submitted screenshots, but they are free to choose whoever they want. Unless I understood it wrong

    straight from MSI:

On June 14 the top 3 from round 1 gather at the office of your media partner where they will start overclocking from 11 until 16.00.
Media Partner for Benelux is tweakers.net apparently

I’m very disappointed by the behavior of Topmods.NET team. The real problem
is that MSI decided to hold the challenge at www.overclockers.ru , not at
topmods.net. So the day before the competition was ready to start Topmods
team took the draft rules and began their black-PR campaign. They’ve posted
messages like “MSI is going to hold a freak show,
prizes are already distributed, rules are awful etc.” at different forums. And it’s the day
before the official launch! Actual rules were different from the draft
    ones.

“7. Change of positions of competition
The competition administration reserves the right to itself to make changes
to the given rules without notice participants.”
It was made to add important information to rules in “emergency” cases,
just to have legal right to add something.

As one of the organizers of this event I can promise that all the winners will
receive their prizes and every participant will have a chance to go to Germany.
Topmods have good benchers and real professionals in their team, but the
way you try to compete with us is unacceptable, don’t forget, that you
undeservingly harm the reputation of MSI company. And your actions do not
support overclocking in Russia, think about it. Despite your unfair and
rude behavior you are still welcome at this challenge as any other
    participants.

still no information here in Sweden

But i guess, its still better to wait, and then start a nice local competition, instead of argue all the time, and having the rules changed 3 times in 2 days, like some other countries

Maybe a link to the page where the results will be displayed should be posted here. That we everyone can see who submitted what result. If overclockers.ru will organize such a fair event, then we will surely see overclockers from Topmods.net in the top, no? But if however we do not see any of the russian champions we all know in that top...well....then we all know who we will believe...
