*sigh* I feel your pain brother. But at least your system is up and running and unless you have other problems with it, here are the steps you should *carefully* take to prevent having this problem;
1 - Carefully remove the plug for the LCD Display from the motherboard.
2 - Re-seal your case.
3 - Wind cable attached to LCD Display around self.
4 - Flush LCD Display down working toilet.
Like the 'Speeding HDD' feature of that board, the LCD Display is yet another useless gimmick from ASUS.
