DDR1000 4-4-4-12 @1.86V, have to try more but ran out of time today.

I have a feeling DDR1100 4-4-4 is on the cards.

This is some impressive RAM based on how well it does without much vDIMM.

DDR1000 4-4-4 seems possible, so another 100mhz and running 1.9v+ could do something?
