+1 my isp "throttles" but.... just enable encryption in u-torrent and bye bye throttle lol.... always maxed out just use good torrents + proper set up

(I feel for you about the router mine dies like that when I push it overnight or something, would turn it off for twenty or so mins then it's fine again)
