The boards also performs very well with quads but not with 3D Benches that is the real problem

    hmm...63/63/58 better for my cpu)
you dont have problems with 2.75 vdimm? I can normal bench only with 2.3-2.4v.

    how about this:
    cpu amplitude
    cpu clock0 skew
    cpu clock1 skew
    strap 400/800 or 333/666
    ch1 skew
    ch2 skew
    rcomp
    ???

    PS I past 1M @ 675fsb today: http://img156.imageshack.us/my.php?image=screen088.jpg

i observed that one DK goes worse with a bit too much voltage the other needs more but does higher fsbs. Clock Amp and Skews are like GTLs board and CPU specific, on this combo it was 900mv 100/0ps, on the other DK 800 200/0. Strap the 400 and the better fitting RCOMP 3-3-1 (0-0-2 goes better with 333 on both boards).
Safe Bootup at 670MHz prepared at air before

First test at dice gave me

    and the brutal 690
