Don't delay the CPU Clock Skew more than 100ps more than the NB Clock Skew.

Try lower DRAM Voltage for your 2 X 2 Giga OCZ Reaper HPC PC2-8500 Memory. Use MemTest86+ V2.11 to find what voltage your Memory likes.

When your FSB Termination under volts, 1.20 is to low. You need at least 1.20V real.
