    Registration Image Verificaiton Problem

I've got a friend who is trying to register a new account on this site, but the image verification is not working for him. He's tried a bunch of different times and even tried having it speak the letters to him, but it's not working.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Nope - still busted. Password Recovery is also broken. I've even tried emailing from the "contact us" part of the site.
And you cant submit a help request, because that also asks for img verification... its a no win situation

I'd forgotten my password, and clicked the "reset" from home... so it wont even let me use the old one
Luckily though im still "remember me" from work so its still working from my work PC for some strange reason.

I would really like to change my password, and then my email but have been unable for just about 3 weeks.
Not to mention the countless others who might not be lucky enough to have an account logged in elsewhere - they wont be able to password recover AT ALL!!!!!!!
