is safe to give more cpu vcore on air?

It shouldn´t be any probably to give it ~1,36 and about heat, if you don´t break 80C during LinX no problem, you don´t come close to that heat when you run Prime 95 small FFT, play game or rendering and if the CPU gets to hot it throttle down.
