16x times your BLCK for uncore.

right now its at 3200mhz if it 16x bclk at 200 x 19
but not stable with ht on
right now my voltage looks like this
vcore 1.3v
qpi/dram: 1.35v
dram: 1.66v
mul: 19x
bclk: 200
dram freq: 1603mhz DDR3
uncore frq: 3204mhz
qpi link speed: 7200MT/s (3.6GHz)
ht: off

stable only at this setting...

how can i get it stable with ht on?

Notice that your RAM is running at 1603 Mhz. If you multiply that times two, it is slightly faster than your uncore. Try running 190x20. This will keep your RAM running slower than uncore at 1520 Mhz. Enable HT and see if this works then.

what about the voltages? to the dram, vcore and qpi/vtt?
