I don't think he needs higher FSB Termination Voltage. My opinion it's probably to high already.

The 3.8GHz on safe voltage for 24/7 is possible with the 2 X 2 Giga G.Skill F2-9600 and my Q9450. Maybe 3.84GHz, I'll try that later.

I love that memory. Q9450@3.6GHz 8 X 450MHz tRD 6 Memory at 1200MHz and 1.8V (1.82V real). I could try lower voltage but the BIOS doesn't make it possible.
