Yup, on cold boot it happens to me sometimes when running at 538 x 8 on my e8400 & ud3r with F7 (and F6a). It's annoying. Only away around it is to boot at a lower FSB (500) and OC within the OS. Tried various ref voltages, cpu term, vvt, etc without any luck. Changed memory (2x2GB Mushkin Redline) as well. S3 doesn't work either since F4 (i think). Bah, it's no big deal - once I OC in windows, it's still rock stable at 4.3 GHz.
The weird thing in my situation is that i'm not even overclocking only thing i've changed in the bios is setting it to raid, but it only happens with the latest bios F7 (while the flashing process succeeded succesfully).
