10%? I see much higher average and peak values... Those are all
HD-equivalent streams listed there. E.g. G45, E7300@2.53G: 28-50%
avg, 39-63% peak cpu usage.
And yes, these are those chipsets (G45, 780G and Gef9300) that have hw
decoding acceleration; they are even using a player that supports it.

Underclocked? There's two sets of stats, one for full speed and only the
other is underclocked. Even the full speed tests show high avg and peak.
