@Meizuman: The problem is that the service cannot be installed during setup, 2.0+ means 2.0 upwards, so no .NET problem. I have no clue as to why the service cannot be installed. You could copy the files in the installation directory during the error message to a backup folder. Then you could open an administrator console (cmd.exe with admin rights), change to the backup directory and try to execute "PhenomMsrTweakerService.exe -i". This is basically done by the installer at the end (where it fails on your system). Make sure you have the required rights. If it succeeds, you won't see any output, otherwise an error message is displayed. Are you using WinXP or Vista+?

/edit: Make sure to use the appropriate release for your system - x86 for 32 bit OS and x64 for x64 OS.
