Those settings I did not post because I didn't had time to play enough with it.
They are the same that I did my 4500Mhz stable run on my siggy. I just adjusted the voltages for Sergio's chip+mobo that where shipped to my house. Now I have a new 4680Mhz stable so I kinda abandoned that one.

    -----
Sure Sergio you can post the 4500Mhz settings

Nice clocks Sergio I did 9x520 yesterday for a quick 1m for 9.963 sec. I need high frequency ram, my set likes cas 4 and runs stable up to 1020 on cas 5, no more.

    Quick prime blend at 8.5 x 510...

I'm going to be getting new memory this week, should help unleash some high fsb on this quad.

Thanks mate im getting used to giga bios and all the stuff, this mobo is awesome

bad thing is that i have pretty high room temps on 27C and more, so as the chip is a low vid 1,1875 gets hot but clocks very good, im using it at 4400 for daily use wich was my aim and Jor's promise lol

    Cheers

so, are you trying to get high ram clocks for 1: 24/7, 2: benching??? any D9 ics 2GB kits should clock great. what voltage was use for all the kits above? i would think u could get higher than 1100Mhz with cas5, my powerchip ics corsair dom pc2 8500 ver4.1 could do 1200 cas5 and both my corsair dom 8500 ver1.2 D9s do around 1340Mhz and 1350Mhz cas5,

Just wondering if you guys think it's worth my money to upgrade from a Maximus Formula (X38 chipset) to the UD3P. I have a X3350 (basically a Q9450) and plan to keep it for the foreseeable future, and well my Maximus sucks for OC'ing 45nm quads.

I can get like 425FSB (3.4GHz) max from my Maximus, so with one of these UD3Ps, roughly speaking, I should be able to get 3.8GHz+?
    Intel X3350 Quad @ 3.44GHz | ASUS Maximus Formula BIOS 1403 | 4GB Mushkin Redline Ascents PC2-8000 @ 1075MHz 5-5-5-15
    Sapphire Vapor-X HD4890 @ 940/1160 | Xonar DX | Klipsch ProMedia Ultra 5.1

hey i went into the bios and wrote down all the values fot the mch ref and the cpu ref voltage settings fot vtt voltage value of 1.20 to 1.30 and tried to make a little chart to correspond with ET6 values.its basicly two values lower and two values higher than the default 0.760.hope it helps out the new people.also let me know if i made any mistakes.the middle column will always be 0.760 in ET6.so for instance,if you use vtt of 1.24 and then set 0.785 this will show up ing ET6 as 0.760.but if you want 0.785 in ET6 you would set 0.810 using vtt of 1.24.for a vtt of 1.30 and you want a cpu ref that shows up in ET6 of 0.785 then in bios you would set 0.848.its kind of a quick cheatsheet.

    ValueET6 0.730 / 0.745 / 0.760 \ 0.785 \ 0.800

    vtt 1.20 0.730 / 0.745 / 0.760 \ 0.785 \ 0.800
    vtt 1.22 0.742 / 0.757 / 0.772 \ 0.797 \ 0.812
    vtt 1.24 0.755 / 0.770 / 0.785 \ 0.810 \ 0.825 CPU reference value in bios
    vtt 1.26 0.768 / 0.783 / 0.798 \ 0.823 \ 0.838
    vtt 1.28 0.780 / 0.795 / 0.810 \ 0.838 \ 0.850
    vtt 1.30 0.793 / 0.808 / 0.823 \ 0.848 \ 0.863

    vtt 1.20 0.720 / 0.740 / 0.760 \ 0.800 \ 0.840
    vtt 1.22 0.732 / 0.752 / 0.772 \ 0.812 \ 0.852
    vtt 1.24 0.745 / 0.765 / 0.785 \ 0.825 \ 0.865 MCH reference value in bios
    vtt 1.26 0.758 / 0.778 / 0.798 \ 0.838 \ 0.878
    vtt 1.28 0.770 / 0.790 / 0.810 \ 0.850 \ 0.890
    vtt 1.30 0.783 / 0.803 / 0.823 \ 0.863 \ 0.903

i answered your PM about how i like about this EP45T-UD3R board.
as for the everest's at 500fsb, DDR3-based (at 1:2 DDR3-2000) is a bit better than its DDR2-based (at 5:6 DDR2-1200), i'm talking about these gigabyte UD3R's (as i've never compared the results with Intel x48, Nvidia's nForce 790i or others P45 DDR2/DDR3 based boards yet) with the DDR3, i feel much smoother running applications, this is first and one thing i notice instantly.
the rest is i'm still newbie to DDR3 version of these boards, but i'm working on it, i also just found out i can able to set tRD 7 (in bios) at this fsb and ram clock speeds, by default, as soon as i change to run memory at CL8 from CL9 timing, tRD 7 is the lowest possible value that i can set and system is bootable.

    2x 2GB DDR3-2000, MCH strap 333 (4.0B)

    2x 1GB DDR3-2000, MCH strap 266 (4.0A)

    Angry Pcie-16

    Hello.

Is there a setting in BIOS, that reduce the performance of PCIe-16.

When I run 3DMArk I get higher cpu score, but significantly lower GPU score, compared to my old Asus Rampage..

    It drops like 4000p.

    HDR/SM3.0 Score, drop very extremely....

Sorry i didnt post yet im having now same problem as zyfer...

I had the MF2 with the 8800 ultra at 756/1782/2304 vmoded vgpu at 1,48 and vmem at 2,24 runing perfect...

Now i cant even do the same with 1,52 vgpu and vmem 2,25

On the MF2 12V rail read 12.10V now on the UD3P reads 11,92...

Im really lost on this, i have very good CPU speed but crap graphics...

Its not drivers i tested newer and old ones and both VISTA 64SP1 and XP64 SP2 ----I have my doubts on the PSU but should do the work its a TT Toughpower 850W...

    Cheers

    Nice table
But you shouldn't have gone through all that trouble:

    1.2 - stock Vtt
    x - current Vtt
y - MCH ref shown in ET
z - MCH ref real (the one in BIOS)

    z≈x*y/1.2

i know but it was mainly for me as a quick reference for when i change my vtt alot,i can quickly see if i set the cpu and mch ref right, for what my cpu and boards likes.heres a more full table.maybe someone can make a better graph with these numbers(easier to understand)everytime i try to post it here it seems to shift things around.

    Angry EP45-UD3P VS. P5Q Deluxe P45

    Hello everyone.

What is the difference between these Motherboard.

I have been writting with someone who has P5Q Deluxe P45, and he has no problems with the graphics card. It also do a considerably bedere result on the CPU at the same speed ..

    http://www.hwbot.org/result.do?resultId=826826

If i do 4,6Ghz and 1200Mhz on ram, i can get max 64xx-66xx in cpu score. Even with very high voltages.....I max out at 4,85GHz whit a score at 68xx...

Is this motherboard really that bad ...

Hi, I am in the pre-build stages of getting my UD3R up and running. I will be running the chip under a water loop; and i currently have a MIIF 1901 bios board. My question is, I am wondering what is the equivalent function in the UD3R of the Ai Clock Twister on the Asus MIIF board - thanks
