To those that have them and have seen the inside what is your gut feeing on these? Better then a koolance 350?

Man I'm really thinking of buying this block now. Even if it doesn't fit 16mm compression fittings. I may just go with 1/2" barbs with 7/16 tubing.
I could've sworn I've seen some temps for this block. I'm pretty sure it did better than the koolance 350 block. I can't support this for sure, but just the other day I was reading a forum and it was comparing the koolance 350, heatkiller 3.0, ek supreme lt, and d-tek v2. I'll see if I can find it.
Yep found it, http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...ight=hondacity

yeah and check the last picture with special version of the logo plate - only available direct at watercool.de , because you have to mount the block vertically at gigabyte S1366 Boards.

Can't wait for your testing, Hondacity.
I received a Koolance 350 last week ... I was just a bit underwhelmed by the finish on this block - on the top plate, in particular. Picky, I know![]()
Test against the Koolance :

@faster3200: donīt care about more flow, it takes no effect, if ya got 150 liters/h (like me) or 200 liter ....or even more !

Just because the graph doesn't go past 210l/h doesn't mean there's no effect
http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=219842
Typical gain with a Fuzion V2 when going above .7GPM is in the neighborhood of 1.5-2C....and it does seem to keep scaling past what I tested.
Contrary to what you're saying, added flow can (and often does) do something (and this is on the Fuzion V2, a block purported to be flow-agnostic).
Take a look at the GTZ graph in the link you provided....notice the sharp decline in temps as the flowrate increases? What if you continue to increase flow past what was tested (e.g., to a flowrate most USA WCers would run, like 2x+ that)?
In the same link, the Supreme and the Ybris A.C.S. also have pretty aggressive scaling with flow. Clearly flow is helping a lot more than "nothing"![]()

Are you guys done....YET???
I'm waiting for results here. Now quite yer clickety clickety, and start benching ASAP!...
Just kidding...
The block looks like good supreme competition, and I've always had a soft spot for all metal/copper construction. That's one thing I really liked about the Stinger V8 and Enzotech blocks. Delrin/acetal works, but there's just something about an all metal block that spews durability/quality/I mean business.
We just need some high flow dedicated loop DDC with top or D5 performance type of testing....
Carry on with the goodnes..
Take it easy and have fun, and looking forward to some more results..![]()
