I was probably going to go for the Twelve Hundred or something like that. I loved my Ultra Aluminus, wish I could get my hands on another one.

I think I may go for a Core i7 with a GTX 260. It comes in at about $1200 which is a pretty good deal!

Another option would be to spend $900 on the computer and $300 or so on a good LCD... is there any merit to that?
