since this is my first liquidcooling i wont say this is the best block out there but its sure is great, i have 5ºc difference betwin cores even tho max temp i got was below 60ºc running linpack, i think i didnt put enough thermal paste or may be dirty inside block, maybe its normal? anyways this block is really nice.

    room temp 22ºc
    http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=507897

id like to know if the difference is normal?

Just ordered one, shall be interesting to see how she fares against the Edge V1 she'll be replacing (seeing as the designs are so similar).

    oooh, exciting.

Good stuff. Wonder if the LT can handle a hard mount though since it is not metal where it get's bolted down.

Honda do you have any flowtesting of the LT ? In this thread http://www.xtremesystems.org/Forums/...=213106&page=3 you only seem to cover the normal supreme which I understand is alot more restrictive.

And I guess the LT is good for any quads or is it i7 only (if you have tried a core2quad by any chance)

Its just the normal supreme is too restrictive for me (Will get Laing DDC 3.1 with XSPC res top and have chipset cooler and maybe gfx cooler as well in the same loop)

I got my LT block yesterday, looks good, only few degrees better than my old Aqua Extreme MP-05 LE block on my Q6600 @ 3.8Ghz, test were made with DDC-2 18w pump + Petras top + Black Ice Pro 3 rad, 7/16 tubings, under Prime95 small ffts load got max 57/57/54/54 degrees C, its with Q6600 @ 3800 1.464v volts on Asus P5K-E board. And for cooling I use 6 x Zalman F3 120m fans at 7 volts (~ 1150 rpm). With MP-05 had 62/62/56/56 C max!

Also mesured water temps after rad, 26.8 C max, so is it good or not? 26.4 with MP-05, have to test mounting rotation too. Now ilnets ir horizonatly. Prime 3.9 easy, but could do that before
    Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 E0 L845B @ 4.3 Ghz, Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R rev1.1 with F11, 8Gb Crucial Ballistix 4x2Gb DDRII @ DDR1100+,
    nVidia GeForce 8800GTX 768Mb, 2 x 80Gb Hitachi SATA2 raid0 + WD 400Gb SATA for data, Nec DVD-RW ND-3520AW,
ThermalTake ToughPower 1200w, LG Flatron 20" L204WT Black, water on CPU + VGA and another stuff...

Those temps at 4.2 look quite good to me. I see you have HT off, and a pretty low Vcore too, so I'm sure that helps. Nice chip!

The difference between cores is normal, from what I've seen and what others are reporting ... I typically see up to a 5 or 6 degree difference.

Even with low volts my Chip gets really hot. My LT is definately an improvement over the air cooling

4Ghz 1.225v - Would hit 100C and throttle (Coolermaster V8) if HT was on
4Ghz 1.225v - Max slightly over 70C in 64bit prime and HT on. Outside of prime rarely goes into the 70's

Radiator Swiftech triple with 6 slow fans on it. Room temp 26-28C.
