Now, you wouldn't do an old man out of a small sliver of pie would you?

Sorry Dave, it’s not because of the Q6600. I had from you it's because when I arrived home from my holidays. I had lost Internet connection for about three days so I had a nice upload. It is up and running on a MSI p45 neo3 and I’m sorry I got this mobo. I just can't get it to overclock.

You got a old P35 board there?
It did 9x400 100% load 24/7 for me on the Asus P5K Premium.. Also did a couple fast benches at 9x445(4005mhz)

Hi Dave, no I haven't got any spare motherboards; I haven't had a lot of time to play with it since I came home. I got a free day tomorrow, so I will have another play.

Stick it in your best board. That is really a top Q6600 and worth the effort.
