Ok change the following:
Memory Timings:
tRC: 40
tRFC: 80
Overvoltage:
Memory Voltage: 1.8
Make sure nb is 1.44.
Test these and if it freezes again then go to Memory Timings and set P1 and P2 to auto, you will loose a bit performance though.
If it still freezes then test your memory with memtest86+ bootable iso (burn it on cd and leave it running for 10 loops) for errors.
If no errors are found, try single dimm.
