I have the right stepping and the same chipset they recommend for this:

    Phenom II X3 720 BE (CACZC), and a Asus M3A78-T (780GX / SB750).

I tried setting the ACC mode to Auto / Per Core and All Cores... interestingly, on per core, it shows cores 0,1,2,3 (4 cores total) to do ACC on, but on either of these settings, when I rebooted, it still said Phenom II X3 720, no 4th core upon booting into windows.

    Either:

1.) This is an elaborate hoax, anyone using a good ********* can spoof CPU-Z validations, or...
2.) The 4th core is only good in a very few of these..
