"Those are Water (average in and out)-Ambient delta temperatures"

What is that test method? Whats about avarage? I did when testing just mesure temps out that comes cooled water (max that my temp sensor gave) and useing different rads in same room temp and fans you can easy mesure what is the bes rad from the tests, but whats after all after your mesurments???
