No, those are all measured values...

I was just writing some explanations when I realized: Skinnee uses Scythe Ultras for his high rpm right?
Seeing that they are 38mm and have a huuuge hub, I'm not surprised if they don't behave the same as my 25-mm-Yate Loons that I use for high rpms. ^^

Edit: Here is the data from the first post (Water-Ambient delta) shown as bar graphs so you can see the actual, numerical value for each of the radiators at each of the fan speeds.
