Just a thought, would it be better for the users to have rigs go along the lines of

$500 - Budget
$1000 - Mid Budget
$1500 - Mainstream
$2000 - Mainstream High
$2500 - High End

So you could get a better outlook of how performance scales with prices linearly instead of having $750 $1100 $1700 etc?
