I benched at 215x21 yesterday with the i7 920 and the BloodRage with the G13 BIOS and everything worked just fine.
I was pumping 1.57V through the 920 and the 21x multi stayed there all the time ( CPU Full Load temp ~55C ).

Man you are not paying attention.
I already told you that the option isn't there for you to see, and it's preset ( set by the BIOS automatically ) to "disabled" ( unlimited W/A ).

Can we have your CoreTemp temps on idle & full load using the same settings as above ?

Turbo is working just fine for both my CPUs with the G13 BIOS, and the same applies to the P04 BIOS.

But why we cant see it?

Here are Temps with 21x191,there are not so high that the CPU must throttle.

You can't see it because it's set like that ( to not be shown ) [ you don't need to do anything regarding the TDP Limits ]
It looks like the situation with the Core Temperatures is like the VID, they seem to be CPU-dependent ( each CPU has its own limits, hopefully not hard-coded ) and dynamically set by the PPM in the CPU.

Can you turn on your AC or open the window to get your temps down and see if it happens at lower temps as well ?

Dont know why but here with lower Temps,i7 easily runs over 80° stable and without throtteling.
DFI,Asus,GB can disable the TDP limit,so Foxconn can do it also, hopefully.

Do you read my posts or just quote me and say what you want to say ?

The Turbo Mode is controlled by the PPM and the PPM drops the multiplier if the temps exceed a specific limit ( which is different for each CPU ).
It doesn't matter if your CPU runs stable with Turbo Mode disabled at 90C @ 4GHz.
With Turbo On, after a specific CPU Core temperature the multiplier will be dropped down by the PPM.

    Foxconn HAS IT DISABLED man.
You don't have to disable it manually, it IS ALREADY disabled.

Jo say that the multiplier drops if the temps exceed a specific limit.

    Less heat,multiplier drops:

Much more heat, multiplier did not drop:

I think the multiplier drops when you set a VCore above...?

Using the same CPU on the same motherboard ?

    I repeat.
I've used up to 1.6V, and the multiplier stayed put at 21x.

Hey all, just setup my bloodrage + 920, all is good apart from one issue ive come across so far. If I switch off the PC when its POSTing, or just after post (i.e. before windows load) then I cant get it to post again without switching the PSU off for 10 secs and then on again. It just hangs at POST with error code 05. Any ideas? running the P04 bios BenchZowner just posted!
