Well, as anybody would recommend, try different ram sticks, different cpu's, another vga, remove the battery for some minutes, remove all but 1 cpu, 1 mem stick, 1 vga and 1 psu.
Are all your fans on when you power on the board?
It sounds a lot like what happened to me and others, but I hope not.
