According to the Manual, Slots 1 - 4 have to be used in 1 3 4 for SLI ; and 1 and 4 for Xfire.

Can anyone confirm that you have to use the first slot with a single card?

Or can we use any of the 3?

I'd like to have that slot #2 4x available for my raid controller.
