It would make sense to go into a more efficient-per-transistor design than GT200, hence making cheaper and same-performance GPUs like they did with the G80-G92 transition.
GT212 won't come before Q3 09, right ? If RV790 delivers its promises, it WILL be a kick a$$ card in the market for a while -a bearish market it is.
