pcie if you need to clock it is best done in windows with setfsb in my experience. doing it in bios can cause havoc with your sata drives, if you go too far with pcie overclocked with setfsb the system will just hang or crash. As a general rule I allways set 101 in bios and then if 3d benching use setfsb.

101 in bios is fine for any game I've ever played. Though I cant comment on if it helps with video editing and such.
