Seems that its about the same price as the Mugen II and about the same performance (maybe abit better) but which is easiets to mount? I hate having trouble with that

Was the TRUE lapped in this post ? Was it lapped in the other tests? makes a HUGE difference. My lapped TRUE is ICE cold with a Noctua 1200 attached.

    Mugen 2 sucks to mount.

Have to mount the board to the HSF (i.e., screw in from the back).

    Performs well though

The mugen 2 mounting is not that bad, took me about 20 minutes, and i was mounting it carefully on a 1366, if u're not using 1366 it'll be alot easier too.

Has anyone found a way to buy this thing yet? I really wanna give this thing a try since the idea spending $70 on a heatsink and having to lap it and pressure mod it, JUST to make it good drives me up the wall.

Any news about the Baram being sold anywhere yet? it has been a while since the first benchmarks started popping up, the cooler should be for sale by now.

thanks Avan. i'm seriously considering this gem as my ultra 120 can't seem to handle my PII 940 well. $52 is not a bad price at all. i'll read up on it a bit more before ordering though.

I'm using BARAM with my PhII 940BE.

    It serves me well.

I'm in Korea so this baby can be easily obtained. Although it's quite hard to buy one outside of Korea.

So what the best fans to use with this? Am currently using 2 X 1450 GT's and its doing good. Its quiet, but not the best for cooling performance...
