Got a couple of questions. I'm going to be painting the inside of my HAF black, and I want to do it correctly so I am going to take out all the rivets and take the case completely apart to paint it. So my question is does anyone know the size of the rivets I will need to put the case back together? .......

drilling off rivets - i used (household) battery drill with blade (bore) 3.8mm,
when got that one broken then took next 4.0mm blade ..
BTW .. you do not need to drill through the case (rivet) sometimes it just drop off after the upper part of rivet was drilled away ..

when put together my HAF .. i used 3.2/8 mm (alu ) rivets

sorry don't know about UV paint .... mine was powder coated Black Matte (semi-gloss)
