There's your issues..
Voltage is too high for that speed and dump that HS for a TRUE..
Also use some diamond i7 TM..
My Q6600 at 9x400 at 100% load was 49C with 1.35v with a true..
The voltage was tried and true in the past. I needed it to get it IBT stable.

And according to most reviews, the Xigmatek actually beats the TRUE.
