should i post pics of my ram cooling maybe

    3Xmaru 140mm 1900rpm
    build with antivibe bolts

maybe such cooling bring them at such results
oooh that sound like my cup of tea

I have an 80mm fan running on 18v bring air from outside onto mine, ported through a ventilation hose. It gets my a-data ddr2-800 (5,5,5,18) to ddr2-1147 with (4,5,5,18)...so yes it could be your cooling is helping a lot, aswell as the volts ofcourse.

    but seriously:
how could i prove this results for 100%?
The easiest way to determine if there is any synthetic performance increase would be to run everest/sandra/crystalmark mem bench at cas 4,5,6 and 7 with the speed kept the same.

    cas 4 @ 1600
    cas 5 @ 1600
    cas 6 @ 1600
    cas 7 @ 1600

this will show the any small increases in performance. What we really need is for another user to also try this. If others can test and confirm then it's by far the easiest way to confirm it.

    no time for that

nope sorry, those results are in no way comparable. You've went from 3.2ghz to 4ghz!

    all I see is....

    1600mhz - 4,7,7,24 with cpu @ 3197mhz
    1600mhz - 4,7,7,24 with cpu @ 3357mhz
    1600mhz - 4,6,6,20 with cpu @ 3797mhz
    1615mhz - 6,6,6,20 with cpu @ 4036mhz
    1616mhz - 7,7,7,24 with cpu @ 3838mhz
    1800mhz - 6,6,6,20 with cpu @ 3602mhz

You need to keep cpu as close to (if not exactly) the same speed. The timings must remain the same aswell. Change the CAS but not tRCD/tRP/tRAS.

    1600mhz - 4,6,6,20 with cpu @ 3797mhz
    1600mhz - 5,6,6,20 with cpu @ 3797mhz
    1600mhz - 6,6,6,20 with cpu @ 3797mhz
    1600mhz - 7,6,6,20 with cpu @ 3797mhz

    is comparable.
