The IGP limits your ability to attain High clocks. That took some serious fine tuning.

I also Hosed the bios once, it would not even back up to the secondary bios, I also hosed the cards working on the bios, at one point neither the cards or motherboard were working.

I'm also sure loco is not going down that easily, he may have a reserve or reattempt and he's no slouch.
3470 already have core at 800mhz stock. They're passively cooled I image an active copper dual slot cooler would easily take them to 1,000mhz+ with a V core mod. 900mhz is how far I've pushed on stock then tend hit about 64C though.
