Yes, but from my experience it's impossible to control it since Phenom has a variable setting for it. Sometime it's lower, other time it's high. If you happen to be on the low default side and you set it lower via that RAM program, the next boot up you might not be able to get into Windows because the Phenom defaults to a higher MAL, but is forced to load the lower setting at start up.

To go short, it's like impossible to control that setting. Shame though since that could gain a lot of performance left and right
