Can't Boot Completely With 2nd Physx Card Installed

I found a few people that seem to have the same problem, then other say it work perfect since day one. odd I'll send an email and see what they have to say...

If you can - please collect an information about "faulty" and "allrighty" systems they have. My guess, it can be related even with motherboard model... (me and you both have intel chipset, thought yours is newer than mine).

ps. I had 260 + 8800GTS-512 in my system before 295, worked fine (8800 for physx). But 8800 moved to my office pc for.. mmm... work, I guess And 260 is already sold, so I cant try config like 295 + 260 or 295 + 8800 at the moment. Thought, I might bring 8800 (and one 9500 GT) from office tonight.
