So what's better to test stability? IBT oder P95? Or can I use OCCT?? I don't really trust P95, it often gives me errors, also if IBT and OCCT works "forever" without crashes or errors!!
IBT doesn`t stress RAM at all. Also it doesnt stress NB. IBT stresses CPU only.
If you want to test your RAM<-->NB you should use Windows MemTest 3.8. This small program stresses RAM and NB like hell. And finally, use OCCT/Prime to stress the whole system. Just let it run for 8 hours while you are sleeping.

Really? OK, so I will try MemTest...because P95 "small FFTs" is stable (just like IBT), but P95 custom isn't...

    Thanks for the program.

I will concur with the others, this is terrifying to run though. 13c Hotter than P95 for me.

I didn't read the whole thread, so my apologies if this has already been addressed, but I do wonder about the safety of repeatedly shocking the core from 60c to 42c between tests. I goes up sooooo fast. Could this eventually lead to cracks in the die, or are CPUs simply designed to withstand this kind of torture?

I have a small problem while launching Memtest 3.8. I launch 2 sessions when i start the test my computer starts not responding and Memtest tries to fill the swap file of the system too. I wanted to stop Memtest but there was no way to stop the 2 sessions, only a forced reboot helped.
    Any suggestions ?
