Would you generously share your load temperatures @ 3.5GHZ with stock voltages 64bit OS prime using OCCT Linpack in a hot ambient lets say 30c room temperature and bad ventilated case along with stock TIM
    Intel Core I7 920 @ 3.8GHZ 1.28V (Core Contact Freezer)

    It's FAKE

This news has been proved to be fake.
    http://news-amd.de/

Therefore news AMD.de refers to the article dated 19.01.2009, which is a logical naming scheme shows that only based on pure intuition.

An Enthusiast should know better then to have a badly ventilated, internal dust covered case.

The CPU makers never say how bad them factors are tolerated for within the specs

Yeap , but Enthusiast to others are like 1:1000 and that is how they keep things going , in my university for example they never clean the systems from dust and some of them are 4 years old , what is valid for us is not valid for them that is why the CPU will not throttle until it goes to 100C or even more and they have to make sure that it will keep working after such abuse (make me think about taking Core temp + prime 95 and abuse my university systems even more ) ,,, and BTW as an Enthusiast after cleaning and TIM + OC the CPU was running 10C cooler
