No Current phenom II will go near a stable 3.6Ghz on low volts with a stock cooler, at high temperatures, so how exactly could they just launch one at that? Because overclocks with good cooling, ideal motherboards, and low ambient temps can hit 3.6?

You do realise thy bin chips to be STABLE across a wide operating conditions? Seriously guys
