check the special voltage in nibitor, I had 2 dud clocker 260s maxed 734/1512 max and 1 that did 774/1548 and the duds special voltage was 1.06v stock and the great clocker was 1.12v. Flashed the other 2 to 1.12 and now they all run 783/1568 in triple sli
