I had the Gigabyte X58 extreme(which I liked), locally I was only able to find an Asus P6T Deluxe. I'm still trying to get used to it. I can't find where you turn turbo on.

Well, this chip does 215+bclk with only 1.35 qpi/vtt. My old 920 needed 1.79+ for 210 bclk.

Right now, I'm running 4GHz(211 x 19) HT on with about 1.31 V(does that sound good, or it is a bit high?) - I'm still tweaking it a bit.

I'll try to get some pics when I have a chance.
That is what I need for 4ghz stable if talking cpuz volts, 1.31vcore cpuz, then 1.344 cpuz for 4.1, 1.376 cpuz for 4.2....mine has been a decent Ocer.

Regarding socket pins, I tilt my computer at ~45 angle (using small sturdy box, lay top against it), to prevent air from getting in via t-line but still makes it easy to change cpu. I bent socket pins on my P35 DQ6 doing same as you, trying change cpu out in upright position...but was able to bend them back with microscope and microforceps.
