How about which Bios Revision she is running ? Edit: never mind.
Take the memory out , pull the 24 Pin and 8 Pin power connectors out and any other P.S.U input on Mobo Remove battery , Clear c'mos over night (8hrs()
After overnight clear c'mos Plug P.S.U Cables back into motherboard , Replace 1 Stick of Memory (Closest to CPU) Just one Vid Card if mopre then 2 in system Put Battery back in move c'mos jumper to normal position and Preferably Use PS2 Keyboard with nothing else plugged into back of mobo Power up while tapping Insert & Home Key / Enter Bios / load Optimized defaults / Save/exit Boot to Windows Desktop Manual Restart / Manual Power down.....................Unplug PSU Cord let sit 10-15 Minutes Replace Ram into slot 3 and peripherals in Back Boot up you should be Ok I would think at that point.
